How and what data do we collect from you?

What is the purpose and legal basis for data collection?
The criteria used by the data controller to determine personal data storage period are in line with the legally prescribed deadlines on the storage of certain categories of personal data. After the expiration of the legally prescribed deadlines for personal data storage, data is routinely deleted. Certain personal data may be included in historical backup copies that contain a combination of data for which the legally prescribed data retention period has expired and data that needs to be retained. In such cases, personal data will not be deleted from backups.
We will keep your personal data that you provide by sending an email to the email address on the jasika.hr domain until further notice. We do this to have information on the period of our cooperation, in case you want to continue cooperation with us.
Certainly, you have the right to request the stopping of processing and the deletion of your personal data at any time by sending a request to info@jasika.hr.
